Welcome to this beautifully designed bright 4-bedroom Villa located in the popular Juan les Pins district of Antibes. This gorgeous property underwent a total interior redesign in 2022 ready to host the next season of guests. It’s situated on a quiet street and just a short walk away from all Juan les Pins has to offer. There’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops here for you to enjoy during your stay. This three-floored property is perfectly placed for you to enjoy all France has to offer and spend time with loved ones.
The Bedrooms
This villa boasts 4 large bedrooms, all complete with European king-sized beds, fitted with hotel-quality mattresses, pillows bed linens and towels. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings, so it’s perfect for both short and long stays. The master bedroom comes equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
The Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms at this Villa. The master bedroom is complete with an en-suite, with large walk-in shower. There’s also two other bathrooms with showers/baths, WC’s and more than adequate storage space.
The Kitchen, Living & Dining Spaces
This beautifully presented property has been designed with the user in mind. The kitchen is brand new, fitted with all necessary amenities and appliances that you could need during your stay. There’s plenty of crockery, tableware, glassware and cutlery for you to dine in during your stay with us. There’s both indoor and outdoor dining spaces for everyone to eat together. There’s a huge sofa, placed in front of the TV where the whole family can relax and spend time together. From the living area you can open the huge sliding doors out onto the patio and pool area.
Outside Space
Unlike many properties in the area, this property benefits from a large outdoor space. There’s a large swimming pool here for you to enjoy a dip during the hot weather. You’ll have exclusive use of this private garden during your stay. If you fancy cooking outside, feel free to use the large outdoor BBQ.
Parking
You’ll be able to park outside the villa since there is free on-street parking that will be available during your stay.

This Villa is located in one of Antibes most desirable residential areas. It’s a popular spot because of its close proximity to the beach and Old Town Antibes. Although in walking distance to Juan les Pins, the property is a situated on a quiet street so you won’t hear the noise. Juan les Pins is well-known for it’s many restaurants and excellent nightlife.

There’s free on-street parking available on the street outside the property.
But bringing a car is not essential, as you can walk, ride bikes, and hire cabs or private cars. You can also catch buses or trains that will take you to all kinds of places locally and further afield, so you have plenty of options. And the apartment is only 16km from Nice International Airport, so your transfer won’t take long.
