Situated on one of the smartest streets in Antibes, reminiscent of the tree-lined boulevards of Paris, this apartment is a block away from the promenade and sea and only a short walk along the beautiful Ramparts to the Old Town. Located in a quiet, modern residence, it is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy the beaches and all the amenities of the area.

About the property
The space
The bright and spacious living area, with adjacent sunny balcony, includes two large sofas, seating six adults comfortably, a flat screen TV which receives English tv and radio channels and a good size dining table with four chairs. Air conditioning has been installed in the living area, which also benefits the whole apartment when the internal doors are left open.
A brand new kitchen was installed in 2020 and is fully equipped with electric hob, oven/grill, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and also a dishwasher.
The two good size bedrooms, one double, one twin, include floor to ceiling, mirrored, fitted wardrobes, with bedside tables and lamps. As both bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, there is no road or traffic noise to disturb you.
The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath with overhead shower, a heated towel rail and a vanity unit with wash basin. There is a separate WC adjacent to the bathroom with a second hand basin. All windows are double glazed and have electrically operated shutters. There are two small tables with chairs on the balcony as well as a two seater bench.

You’ll no doubt do your research about Antibes, its Old Town, and the French Riviera before your visit. It’s a beautiful part of the world with plenty of beaches to enjoy, the Plage de la Salis and Plage de la Garoupe being two of the most popular.

Getting around
The location of this apartment brings many of the local attractions, including the beaches and shops within easy walking distance.
There are also bus and train services in the local area with the distinctive red train station just a short walk away. You can catch services to Cannes, Monaco, and St Tropez from there if you’re planning to explore more of the south of France. Buses will take you to many of the picturesque towns and villages closer to Antibes (there are 31 different routes in total).
Another option is to hire cabs or private cars and get someone to drive you from the studio to wherever you fancy going for the day or evening. One other thing to note is that if you’re flying into Nice International, the nearest major airport, it’s just 16kms from Antibes, so getting from the runway to the studio apartment shouldn’t take too long.
