Antibes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, France
You’ll no doubt do your research about Antibes, its Old Town, and the French Riviera before your visit. It’s a beautiful part of the world with plenty of beaches to enjoy, the Plage de la Salis and Plage de la Garoupe being two of the most popular.
Away from the sea a little, and you’ll find shops, cafes, and restaurants aplenty to keep your tastebuds delighted.
Some other places you might want to visit during your stay include:
A marina where some pretty impressive yachts are often to be found moored for the night
Picasso spent a lot of time on the French Riviera, with Antibes one of his favorites. That’s why there’s a museum here dedicated to his work.
Discover plenty of fresh delights to take back to your studio apartment and enjoy in this popular market.
This is the area’s peninsula, and somewhere you can go for great walks and spectacular coastal scenery.
Marineland & Aquasplash
Up the pace with thrills and splashes aplenty at two theme parks in the local area.
The Antibes Old Town location of this studio apartment brings many of the local attractions, including the beaches and shops within easy walking distance.
There are also bus and train services in the local area with the distinctive red train station just a short walk away. You can catch services to Cannes, Monaco, and St Tropez from there if you’re planning to explore more of the south of France. Buses will take you to many of the picturesque towns and villages closer to Antibes (there are 31 different routes in total).
Another option is to hire cabs or private cars and get someone to drive you from the studio to wherever you fancy going for the day or evening. One other thing to note is that if you’re flying into Nice International, the nearest major airport, it’s just 16kms from Antibes, so getting from the runway to the studio apartment shouldn’t take too long.
