The Space
This Luxe Duplex Studio Apartment has undergone an entire renovation in 2022. It's one of our newly listed properties and it fits into a 17 sq/m space. Located in a traditional Old Town Antibes building, there’s unmistakable style and unquestionably clever design everywhere in this completely renovated, compact duplex apartment.
The Lower Floor
The first floor plays host to a sofa, coffee table, and dining table that invite you to relax and unwind. There's a flat-screen TV and a small dining table that can be used for work if that's the reason for your visit to Antibes - there's wifi too of course.
Sharing this space is a kitchenette. As sleek and modern as the rest of the apartment, with the appliances, you need to prepare snacks and meals if you happen to want to eat in rather than out at the many cafes and restaurants in the local area.
The Upper Mezzanine Level
Here you’ll find the bed, a cozy kingsize, fitted with high-quality bed linen. There’s also clever use of space when it comes to giving you storage areas for your clothing and belongings.
As with most mezzanines, the ceiling’s pretty low, so be sure to mind your heads when you wake up and go down the stairs to take a look out onto the Old Town Antibes street that this apartment overlooks.
The Bathroom
This brand new, modern apartment has a shower cubicle, vanity unit, and WC. Bath and towels will be provided by your hosts.

You’ll no doubt do your research about Antibes, its Old Town, and the French Riviera before your visit. It’s a beautiful part of the world with plenty of beaches to enjoy, the Plage de la Salis and Plage de la Garoupe being two of the most popular.
Away from the sea a little, and you’ll find shops, cafes, and restaurants aplenty to keep your tastebuds delighted.

Getting around
The Antibes Old Town location of this studio apartment brings many of the local attractions, including the beaches and shops within easy walking distance.
There are also bus and train services in the local area with the distinctive red train station just a short walk away. You can catch services to Cannes, Monaco, and St Tropez from there if you’re planning to explore more of the south of France. Buses will take you to many of the picturesque towns and villages closer to Antibes (there are 31 different routes in total).
Another option is to hire cabs or private cars and get someone to drive you from the studio to wherever you fancy going for the day or evening. One other thing to note is that if you’re flying into Nice International, the nearest major airport, it’s just 16kms from Antibes, so getting from the runway to the studio apartment shouldn’t take too long.
