The Space
Welcome to this bright, welcoming 2-bedroom apartment in Antibes. Located in the popular residential area of Antibes, it’s just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Old Town. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this property will give you easy access to all local attractions and amenities, this apartment is perfectly located for you.
The Bedrooms
This apartment includes 2 bedrooms, situated at either end of the property. Both bedrooms are fitted with high-quality mattresses and bed linen, plus they have plenty of storage space for your belongings. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other a standard double bed. There's an additional wardrobe in the hall should you need it.
The Bathroom
The bathroom includes a full-size bathtub with an overhead shower and a large vanity unit. The WC and washbasin are situated in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom. The bathroom is also where you’ll find the washing machine, handy if you have any laundry to do during your stay.
The Kitchen, Living & Dining Room
A feature of this attractive property is the open plan living, and sitting area featuring a large L-shaped sofa and armchair sharing space with the dining table and chairs which in turn are close to the modern kitchen. There’s a wall-mounted TV that can receive channels from across Europe, including the UK.
The kitchen has all appliances and cookware neatly presented for you to use if you decide not to eat out at one of the many local restaurants. You’ll find plenty of space to store your food in the cupboards and fridge freezer.
Outside Space
One of the benefits of this property is that it has two terraces, running along different sides of the apartment. the first can be accessed from the living room and bedroom, the second from the other bedroom and the dining area. Both are great places to sit and relax with the second a south-facing area overlooking the small garden at the back of the development.
Parking
The apartment comes with a car parking space. But please note it is 2.18m by 4.6m so will not accommodate very large vehicles.

There’s a small private parking space at the apartment which will be reserved for you. But please be aware of the vehicle size restriction, as the space will not accommodate very large cars.
But bringing a car is not essential, as you can walk, ride bikes, and hire cabs or private cars. You can also catch buses or trains that will take you to all kinds of places locally and further afield, so you have plenty of options. And the apartment is only 16km from Nice International Airport, so your transfer won’t take long.
