The Space
If you’re looking for a French Riviera apartment in a quiet location close to the beach with access to a swimming pool, this 2 bedroom home-from-home will be perfect for you.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small and attractive complex, take the elevator or stairs from street level and you’ll arrive at the apartment. Step inside and you’ll instantly appreciate that the owners have taken great care to ensure this home is ready to make you feel relaxed and welcome from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay.
The Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed fitted with hotel-quality bed linen and direct access to the terrace through the French doors. The other bedroom also has a queen bed and some pretty spectacular views through the large windows. Like the rest of the apartment, the bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure your comfort, whatever time of year you’re visiting. And there are TVs in both bedrooms too, along with plenty of storage space.
The Bathroom
Enjoy having a smart bathroom suite with a tub featuring a shower overhead, a double washbasin, and a heated towel rail to keep the towels your hosts will provide nice and warm. The WC is in a separate room further down the hall.
The Living Room
Be sure to make yourselves at home in here. Watch some TV (it will give you access to a wide selection of channels). With direct access to the outside space, this is a great place to relax.
Outside Space
The sliding doors in the lounge open onto your large (we’re talking 50 square meters large) L-shaped terrace that wraps around half of the apartment and gives you somewhere to sit and relax and admire the views. There’s an outdoor sofa and a dining table that seats 6 for the ultimate in alfresco eating or drinking any time of day.
Kitchen & Dining Area
There’s another dining table inside that is ideal for snacks, meals, games, and even work if that’s your reason for visiting Juan-les-Pins. And for those occasions on which you decide to eat in rather than out at one of the many restaurants and eateries in the local area, the kitchen has the space, the style, the appliances, and the cookware and utensils you need to make and enjoy delicious home-style meals. There’s even a dishwasher and coffee machine.
Laundry
You never know when you’ll need a washing machine during your break, so it’s good to know it’s here for you to use (along with an iron and ironing board).

This attractive apartment with a large terrace is close to the beach at Juan les Pins, one of the most popular resorts in the Mediterranean. So, whenever you fancy feeling the warm sand between your toes or cooling off in the water, you won’t have far to go. And don’t forget that there’s a swimming pool even closer to home that you’re welcome to use.
When it comes to eating and shopping, you have plenty of options close to the apartment, and there’s plenty to do at night too, including clubs and a casino.

But it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a car, as there are buses and trains you can catch from Juan-les-Pins which will take you to various places in the region including Antibes. Of course, getting to the beach, shops, and restaurants is something you can do on foot. If you’re going elsewhere and don’t fancy public transport, you can always book a taxi or private car. Cabs will bring you into Juan-les-Pins from Nice Airport if that’s where you’re flying into. And it won’t take long as the airport is only 13kms from the apartment.
