The space
This modern, stylish and chic bright apartment, totally renovated in 2023 is situated on the 1st floor with an elevator of a quiet residence and is the ideal location to stay in Cannes. This 2-bedroom apartment is situated just a 20-min walk from the beaches and the famous Croisette and a 25-min walk to Palais des Festivals.
The Kitchen / Living / Dining Space
The open plan kitchen opens onto the living and dining spaces, the living and dining spaces are bright, modern and the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the necessary appliances for your stay. This includes a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven, along with all amenities you usually find in the kitchen. As you’ve probably seen in the photos, there’s a large L shape sofa, and a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs for you to enjoy a meal at home with family and friends.
The Bedrooms and sofa bed
This a 2-bedroom apartment, both bedrooms are fitted with hotel-quality, luxury bed linen and towels for during your stay. The master bedroom features a king bed and plenty of storage space, it offers a 160cm king size bed, which can also be configured as two 80cm single beds. The second bedroom offers ample natural light and includes twin double beds with plenty of storage also. Each bed has a size of 140cm. There is an also a double sofa bed in the living room to sleep another person, therefore there is the option of 4 people sleeping separately.
The Bathroom
The modern bathroom includes a large shower stall, sink, heated towel rail and WC. Towels are provided for you during your stay.
The Terrace
The apartment benefits from two outdoor dining areas, the first being just off the kitchen complete with an outdoor dining area, perfect to enjoy a glass of rose or two! The second area just off the living room is a relaxing space complete the two relaxing chairs to soak up the French Riviera lifestyle!
