About the property
The space
This Cannes apartment is located just a 50 metre walk away from the beaches of Cannes and makes a great place to stay whilst visiting the French Riviera. Located within a secure residence which benefits from being quiet but easy walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Cannes.
The Living / Dining Room
This well designed open plan space is home to a two-person dining table and king bed, for sleeping 2 people. There are large doors that open out onto the terrace overlooking the residence. TV and WIFI are provided as standard.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need to cook whilst at the apartment, including a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, utensils and crockery as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The Bathroom
There’s a separate bathroom with a large shower, WC and vanity unit all completely refurbished.

Other things to note
Please note we will cover the piano and chairs to protect against any damage, the piano is the owners personal object and must not be used.

This studio is perfectly located in Cannes, right on the beachfront. It’s situated on La Croisette, one of Cannes’ world-famous beeaches. You can reach the world-famous Palais des Festivals in just a few minutes walking and, Rue D’Antibes1 For fresh produce, the covered market of Forville is just a 10-minute walk away and it’s a great place to pick up seasonal produce, local fish and flowers every morning (except Mondays).

Getting around
The most popular means of transport in Cannes is by foot and bus. Although Cannes does boast a robust public transport network, with boats, taxis, trains and buses being readily available. Hiring a Vespa could also be a fun experience. If you fancied a day trip, you could travel by boat to the Lérins Islands or areas like Monaco or Saint-Tropez. Two airports serve the area: Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) and Cannes-Mandelieu (CEQ), both of which you can travel to using shuttle, taxi or car.
