The Bedrooms
The master suite offers a King size bed with plenty of storage space, the second bedroom at the back of the apartment offers a double sofa bed for two persons with views over the mountains of Cannes.

The modern bathroom have been renovated to a high level with high end fixtures throughout, a large walk in shower complete with large sink and plenty of storage.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances, cookware, crockery and utensils for you to cook something up at home. Enjoy the open plan space onto the living room and the views of the residence and Cannes.
The Living / Dining Space
This open-plan living, and dining space is filled with relaxing furniture and modern features. There’s a dining space suitable for four people and plenty of sofa space for you to relax and enjoy the TV.

Cannes, a resort town on the French Riviera, is famed for its international film festival. Its Boulevard de la Croisette, curving along the coast, is lined with sandy beaches, upmarket boutiques and palatial hotels. It’s also home to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, a modern building complete with red carpet and Allée des Étoiles – Cannes’ walk of fame.

The Palace of Festivals – if you’re attending or working at an event here, choosing to stay in this apartment will mean you won’t have far to go to get to your event and back home again.
The Croisette – one of the world’s most famous promenades will be just a short walk from your front door when you stay here.
The beaches – there are plenty of wonderfully sandy beaches to choose from in the local area, great for lazy days, watersports, and topping up the tan.
The old port – enjoy a leisurely walk around this beautiful location and see fishing and pleasure boats moored and gently bobbing up and down on the water side-by-side.
The Rue Meynadier – This is Cannes’ central shopping hub and is lively all day long thanks to the great variety of shops and boutiques.
If you like exploring churches and the history of Cannes, try the 18th Century Notre Dame du Bon Voyage and the Notre Dame de l’Esperance.

Getting around
The most popular means of transport in Cannes is by foot and bus. Although Cannes does boast a robust public transport network, with boats, taxis, trains and buses being readily available. Hiring a Vespa could also be a fun experience. If you fancied a day trip, you could travel by boat to the Lérins Islands or areas like Monaco or Saint-Tropez. Two airports serve the area: Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE) and Cannes-Mandelieu (CEQ), both of which you can travel to using shuttle, taxi or car.
You have the benefit of a free parking space in the residence and of course we do recommend the taxi app Uber which is very frequent in the area.
