The space
This Antibes apartment is located just a 50 metre walk away from Juan les Pins beach and makes a great place to stay whilst visiting the French Riviera. Located within a secure residence which benefits from various restaurants and shops as well as a supermarket open every day until 21.00.
The Living / Dining Room
This beautifully designed open plan space is home to a two-person dining table and large sofa, which easily converts into a sofa bed. There are large doors that open out onto the terrace overlooking the pool and access to the beach. TV and WIFI are provided as standard.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need to cook whilst at the apartment, including a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, utensils and crockery as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
The Bathroom
There’s a separate bathroom with a large shower, WC and vanity unit all completely refurbished in 2022.
Garden
Perhaps the best feature of the apartment is the large private garden which offers outdoor dining as well as a relaxation area, just steps from the pool and a 5 min walk to the beaches of Juan Les Pins.

There is no washing machine however within the residence you will find a laundrette where you can use the machines provided.
