The Space
This well-presented, 1-bedroom apartment is located in popular located in Juan-Les-Pins in the South of France. This apartment is just a 100m walk to the beach, local restaurants and supermarkets. With a large terrace and access to a communal swimming pool within the complex, it's the perfect place to situate yourselves when visiting the French Riviera.
The Bedroom
The bedroom features a double bed, fitted with bed linen and there's plenty of storage space for you to unpack. The bedroom opens directly out onto the terrace so you can take in the sea views and the communal swimming pool.
The Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower. There's a washbasin, WC and towels that will be provided by your hosts.
Living & Dining Area
The sofa can be easily converted into a double bed if there are more than two of you whilst you're staying in this Juan-Les-Pins apartment. There's a large TV here too. The lounge and dining space looks out over the communal swimming pool through the French doors, leading out onto the terrace.
The Kitchen
If you’re planning to do some home cooking here, the kitchen has all the appliances you need, including an oven, stovetop, and microwave. There’s plenty of space in the cupboards and fridge freezer.
Outside Space

If you’re driving here, there will be a parking space reserved for you throughout your stay, so you’ll have somewhere safe and secure to leave your car.
But having your own vehicle isn’t essential as you can get someone else to do the driving during your stay – if you’re planning to venture beyond all the beaches and shops and attractions that are within easy walking distance.
You can hire taxis or use apps to get private cars to drive you places. And there are plenty of buses and trains operating in the area that can take you to destinations all over the French Riviera, including to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco.
