The Space

This well-presented, 1-bedroom apartment is located in popular located in Juan-Les-Pins in the South of France. This apartment is just a 100m walk to the beach, local restaurants and supermarkets. With a large terrace and access to a communal swimming pool within the complex, it's the perfect place to situate yourselves when visiting the French Riviera.

The Bedroom

The bedroom features a double bed, fitted with bed linen and there's plenty of storage space for you to unpack. The bedroom opens directly out onto the terrace so you can take in the sea views and the communal swimming pool.

The Bathroom

The bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower. There's a washbasin, WC and towels that will be provided by your hosts.

Living & Dining Area

The sofa can be easily converted into a double bed if there are more than two of you whilst you're staying in this Juan-Les-Pins apartment. There's a large TV here too. The lounge and dining space looks out over the communal swimming pool through the French doors, leading out onto the terrace.

The Kitchen

If you’re planning to do some home cooking here, the kitchen has all the appliances you need, including an oven, stovetop, and microwave. There’s plenty of space in the cupboards and fridge freezer.

Outside Space

Enjoy sea views and the great climate of the French Riviera from your own private terrace. Accessed from the living area and bedroom, it’s another part of the house in which you can relax.

Access to Swimming Pool

The complex in which the apartment is located has a shared swimming pool that you’re welcome to use. It’s a great place to cool off, get some exercise or just splash around for a while.

Parking

If you’re bringing your car or hiring one at the airport (Nice International is just 13kms away), then you’ll be glad to know there’s a reserved parking space for you at the complex.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its terrace for the duration of your booking. You also get a guaranteed parking space and shared use of the swimming pool in the complex.     Attractions Nearby

    The beach is just a 100-meter walk from the apartment, as is a delightful nature park – both great places to relax.

    There’s a supermarket nearby where you can buy food and drinks to store in your kitchen, plus a good selection of restaurants for those meals you don’t want to cook yourself. Some other places you might want to visit are:

    Animal Park Espace Marineland – there’s all kinds of wonderful sea life to be seen here.

    Museum Picasso – Pablo lived part of his life in Antibes and loved visiting this area. That’s why there’s a museum here featuring some of his creations.

    Cathedral Notre-Dame-de-la-Platea – an epic national monument you’ll want to experience.

    Getting around

    If you’re driving here, there will be a parking space reserved for you throughout your stay, so you’ll have somewhere safe and secure to leave your car.

    But having your own vehicle isn’t essential as you can get someone else to do the driving during your stay – if you’re planning to venture beyond all the beaches and shops and attractions that are within easy walking distance.

    You can hire taxis or use apps to get private cars to drive you places. And there are plenty of buses and trains operating in the area that can take you to destinations all over the French Riviera, including to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco.
