Welcome to this modern and attractive, recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment that’s just a 20-minute walk from the Palais. It’s a great location for a group of up to 4 to base yourselves in while you’re exploring the delights of Cannes and the rest of the French Riviera.

The Bedroom
The main bedroom is right next to the living space and features a double bed, fitted with high-quality bedding and lots of storage space. You have the added benefit of a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2. Fresh linen will be provided to ensure a good night's sleep.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and features a standalone shower cubicle, washbasin, and WC. Towels will be provided.
Living / Dining Space
A bright sofa and stylish chair are located in the living room. Put your feet up, grab the remote and see what’s on the smart TV. There’s also a small dining table with chairs where you can eat on those occasions you’re not dining at one of the many local restaurants.
The Kitchen
This is a bright and modern space in which you can show off your cooking skills, enjoy meals and coffee at the breakfast bar, and use the desk and chair to get some work done. There’s an oven and stovetop and space to store your favourite food and drink in the cupboards and fridge/freezer. There’s also a washer in here, so you can sort out your laundry in-house and really live independently during your time in Cannes.

Head along the old port and enjoy seeing fishing and pleasure boats, as well as stunning yachts moored on the pier Albert Edouard. There are some great views of the islands of Ste Marguerite and Ste Honorat in the Mediterranean Sea which you can reach on a boat trip in 20 minutes.
The Rue Meynadier
If you want to browse and buy in the shops, this is the place to go, It’s a popular area night and day with all kinds of stores and boutiques.

Because the apartment is in the center of Cannes, you’ll be able to walk or cycle to most places you’ll want to go. There are buses, taxis and private car hire services you can use too, and the apartment is very close to the train station. So you can catch services from there to other parts of the French Riviera, including Antibes (8 mins) Nice (25 mins), and Monte Carlo (55 mins).
