The open plan kitchen, living, dining space features a two-seater dining table and a 4-seater sofa that easily converts into a sofa-bed. Open the bi-fold doors and you’ll find yourself out on the gorgeous furnished terrace overlooking the Med, making the perfect indoor/outdoor living space for you to enjoy. There’s even WIFI available if you’re planning on working whilst you’re here.
The Terrace
The fully furnished terrace makes the perfect outdoor living space, where you can take in the views of the Mediterranean Sea and Esterel Mountains. Featuring a 4-seater dining table for entertaining and cosy seats for enjoying the surroundings, it’s a great place for eating, playing games and relaxing whilst you’re away.

The nearest supermarket is 900m away, there’s also a delightful bakery just 700m away.
Attractions Nearby
It’s a 5 – 10-minute drive to the two largest shopping centres on the Côte d’Azur, CAP 3000 and Polygon Riviera. Further along the coast are 3 more delightful and famous French Riviera locations. Cannes is just a 30-min drive, whereas getting to Monte Carlo or St Tropez will take about 50-minutes.

- Taking a walk along the Promenade des Anglais (10-mins away)
- Relaxing on the beaches in the region, including Blue Beach and Centennial Beach

Getting around
Bringing (or hiring) a car is definitely the best way to enjoy your stay here and see the South of France. With access to a shared, secure car park in the basement of the complex, you should be able to find a space to leave your car. Otherwise, there are many other places on the streets nearby.
If you’re not bringing a car, buses stop close to the apartment that will take you to La Promenade des Anglais for the beach, and other places in the area. For the record, Nice Ville train station is a 12-minute drive away, while the airport in Nice is just an 8-minute drive.
